Heavy-duty version of ETI's PTFE wire temperature probe, best suited for measuring air temperatures in fridges, freezers and similar applications.
You'll need a thermometer or similar instrument (sold separately) which accepts type K thermocouple inputs to use this probe.
The probe measures temperature from -75 to 250°C and will respond with a temperature measurement in less than half of a second.
