You will require a type K digital thermometer to use this probe (sold separately).
Fast response temperature probe designed for measuring air and gas temperatures, ideal for use in chill cabinets, offices, freezers, fridges and any similar applications.
The probe is made from high quality stainless steel and will respond with a temperature measurement in less than half a second. Measures temperature from -75 to 250°C.
