The Extech MA445 True-RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter’s true-RMS capabilities make it suitable for reading non-sinusoidal waveforms; furthermore, its ability to measure DC current makes this clamp meter suitable for automotive applications.

In addition to this, the Extech MA445 True-RMS AC/DC Clamp Meter includes a number of functions optimised for use with various measurement modes:

• Relative mode for capacitance
• DC Zero function
• Data Hold
• Max/ Min

This instrument also features an Auto Power Off function (which may be disabled if required) and a Low Battery indicator optimised for reducing downtime.
