The FLIR Si2-Pro is the all-in-one solution for detecting gas leaks, mechanical bearing faults, and partial discharge (PD) in high-risk environments, combining the strengths of the Si2-LD and Si2-PD.
The 124 precision microphones, 12 MP digital camera, and 8× digital zoom help identify leaks five times smaller and PD faults thirty times smaller than before, all from a safe distance of up to 200 metres. Its 5-inch colour display, built-in LED lighting, and automatic frequency tuning make inspections straightforward.
The Si2-Pro partial discharge detection has built-in severity assessment and classification, supported by software recommendations. For gas and compressed air systems, the leak measurement and cost analysis tools quantify losses across common industrial gases. A dedicated Mechanical Fault mode highlights early detection of bearing wear and other equipment defects.
