FLIR Si2x-Pro Acoustic Imaging Camera (IECEX & ATEX)

The FLIR Si2x-Pro Acoustic Imaging Camera enables the detection, location, and quantification of compressed air leaks, toxic or flammable gas leaks, and electrical partial discharges in Ex-rated environments. The Si2x-Pro can identify issues from distances of up to 200 metres.

The AI-based partial discharge severity assessment automatically categorises and evaluates electrical PD issues. Along with its mechanical fault analysis tools, the camera detects early bearing wear and other equipment problems before they escalate. Three built-in measurement metrics provide detailed condition assessments.

The Si2x-Pro features fleet management functionality, cloud-based data handling, and over-the-air updates. It also has 124 low-noise MEMS microphones, a 75° diagonal field of view, a 12MP digital camera, 8x zoom capability, a QR code reader, automatic frequency tuning, built-in cost analysis, and a 1280 x 720 video resolution.
