The Fluke 80PK-25 is equipped with a sharp needle point and is designed for direct insertion into foods as well as liquids/gels and semi-solid materials in order to measure temperature.
Made from high quality stainless steel,the 80PK-25 is fully suitable for use within the food service industry. The probe can measure temperature from -40 to +260°C.
This probe is equipped with a universal type K connector, allowing it to be used with absolutely any temperature measurement instrument which selects this type of input.
