Fluke's TP81 Insulation Piercing Clip set allows you to pierce the insulation on 14, 16 and 18 gauge wire while causing minimal damage to the overall levels of insulation.
In fact, the clip set features a controllable needle, allowing you to calculate the exact depth you wish to pierce to. It is ideally suited for use in automotive applications under the hood or the dash.
The sets provide complete insulation to grounding and can connect to any standard banana jack leads.
