The Kern MAP is a hand grip dynamometer that is ideal for use in rehabilitation centres trying to determine manual clamping force.
This instrument includes four measurement methods, including a real time mode that immediately shows a client's current strength, peak/max mode that shows the maximum strength, average mode that calculates the average strength of two grips and a counting mode which calculates the number of presses which exceed a previously defined strength limit.
