The Martindale DT175 Dual Input Thermometer is of particular use to electricians, plumbers, boiler and maintenance engineers. It can be used to measure temperatures between -200°C and 1372°C and is able to display measurements in either °C or °F.
This instrument is a high-performance dual input type-K thermometer which can be used to measure the input and output temperatures of equipment and systems, such as heating systems, simultaneously. It is able to display the differential temperature between the two thermocouple readings when used in Differential mode.
Furthermore, the Martindale DT175 Dual Input Thermometer includes measurement functions for identifying the minimum, maximum and average temperature readings. When used in the MIN/MAX/ AVG mode, the Martindale DT175 Dual Input Thermometer disables its Auto-Power-Off function to facilitate long periods of recording.
In addition to these measurement modes, the Martindale DT175 Dual Input Thermometer includes an adjustable offset allowing the user to improve thermocouple performance over a specified temperature range, thereby allowing him/her to tailor the instrument to the application.
Also adding to this instrument's adjustability is its compatibility with an eclectic variety of Martindale type-K probes. It can be used with the probes listed below to accommodate a variety of temperature measurement applications.
Finally, in terms of its physical design, the Martindale DT175 Dual Input Thermometer is compact and robust; it is supplied with a tough holster making it suitable for use in a variety of challenging environments. Further to this, its large digit size and backlight ensures that measurements can be easily viewed at all times, whilst its integrated fold-away stand facilitates hands-free usage.
The Martindale DT175 Dual Input Thermometer is ideal for measuring input and output temperatures of an array of equipment and systems across a multitude of challenging environments.
