The Martindale NC1 Non-contact Solenoid/ Magnetic Field Tester can be used to check the operation of relays and solenoid valves in machinery used as part of energy, transportation, pneumatic, and hydraulic control systems, as well as in process industries.
This instrument enables efficient testing as solenoids and relays can be checked without dismantling equipment or control panels. The Martindale NC1 Non-contact Solenoid/ Magnetic Field Tester’s extended probe design ensures that it can be used to access hard-to-reach solenoids and relays. Additionally, its integrated LED torch means it can be used to check relays and solenoids in environments with low light.
When a magnetic field is detected the bright yellow LED will illuminate the Martindale NC1 Non-contact Solenoid/ Magnetic Field Tester’s clear tip. It will also issue an audible alert. Both of these indications make the Martindale NC1 Non-contact Solenoid/ Magnetic Field Tester suitable for use in visually challenging environments.
The Martindale NC1 Non-contact Solenoid/ Magnetic Field Tester will also indicate when its battery has become low and features an Auto Power Off function designed to conserve battery power.
