Megger PAT450 PAT Tester

The PAT450 is Megger's best overall PAT tester; if you're looking for a truly comprehensive PAT testing solution, look no further than this one!

This PAT tester is basically identical to the PAT420. The only major difference between the two testers is that the PAT450 also includes built-in flash testing capabilities at 1.5kV and 3kV; with this testing mode, the PAT450 is ideally suited for use in tool-hire shops where equipment is routinely tested prior to hire, or service workshops where deep disassembly is routine. This is the only model in the PAT450 series with flash testing capabilities.

Like all other PAT400 series models, the PAT450 is equipped as standard with 10,000 record internal memory, making it easy to manage all of your testing records and appliance data. All results can be transferred to PC by inserting a USB stick into the PAT450 before inserting into your PC. For ease of use, results are exported in CSV format (compatible with Microsoft Excel) or you can buy Megger's PAT450 software (sold separately) for full database management of everything from appliance results to customer data (as well as getting a number of other benefits such as the ability to create reports).

Megger's PAT450 is made for testing all appliances. As standard it includes both 230V and 110V supply (plus a 110V socket) for testing 230V and 110V appliances and leads, or can be used to test 415V equipment by using a set of appropriate 415V adapters. This tester is also IT safe and won't damage sensitive IT equipment when testing in low current mode and is fully suitable for testing class I and class II appliances and all associated power and extension leads.

With the PAT450, PAT testing is made simple thanks to built-in auto testing routines. If you require more control over testing, you can also use the manual mode to configure your test times and select pass limits, making this tester a truly comprehensive PAT testing solution.

There's even more to it to! The PAT450 includes a full colour screen, built-in QWERTY keyboard, fuse check function and even a lead storage pouch.
