The Megger Expert Range combines advanced diagnostic capabilities, superior noise immunity, and increased performance where other testers may struggle. Three models are available, each with a different maximum test voltage: 5 kV, 10 kV, and 15 kV. The range has a noise rejection of 8, improved software filtering, and is rated for use in environments up to 1000 kV, and delivers a burn/charge current of up to 6 mA.

They include insulation resistance (IR), dielectric absorption ratio (DAR), polarisation index (PI), dielectric discharge (DD), step voltage (SV), and ramp testing. When paired with Meggers PowerDB software, users can perform polarisation/depolarisation current (PDC) analysis and streamline test data reporting. Bluetooth connectivity facilitates wireless data transfer and smooth integration into digital workflows.

All three models also include Meggers' PI Predictor technology, which reduces the time required for polarisation index tests by more than half. The guard terminals minimise the impact of surface leakage currents without sacrificing accuracy, and the unit's ergonomic and rugged design ensures reliability in field conditions where performance is critical.
