This device allows sockets to be tested without taking everything apart, stopping potential damage to connection when it simply isn't needed. The Megger 1014-300 consists of a mains plug on one end and test leads on the other, this testing accessory even stays safe if it's accidentally connected to a live mains supply.
The device works exclusively with Megger's LT, RCDT, and LRCD loop testing ranges.
