The kit inlcudes 5000 individual passed PAT testing labels plus 500 x failed PAT testing labels. The passed labels are supplied in rolls of 500 labels each.
Both the passed and failed labels include space for writing testing data on, with field for appliance ID number, the tester's name, the date, the date of the next test (for passed labels only) and the reason failed (for failed labels only).
