The REMS 180 EE butt welds plastic pipes and fittings in PB, PE, PP, and PVDF up to Ø 180 mm. It has a plate-shaped, plane parallel heating element with an embedded electric heater in a corrosion-resistant aluminium cast. The PTFE coating prevents plastic residue adherence and oxidization.
The 180 EE model includes electronic temperature control, adjustable from 180 – 290°C, preset for PE pipes. With a heating element of Ø 200 mm and a power output of 1200 W, the REMS 180 EE ensures precise and reliable butt welding operations.
