With the Rigel SafeTest 60, it's possible to test a wide variety of medical devices which don't require patient lead testing, plus laboratory equipment. The tester is ideal for testing medical beds, matress inflators, suction units, centrifuges, hoists, nebulisers, ventiliators, syringe drivers, infusion pumps, laboratory incubators and much more to ensure they are fully safe for use by both medical staff and patients.

As it is intended for use within the medical industry, the Rigel SafeTest 60 medical PAT tester is made in compliance with a range of international safety standards. These include leakage testing to IEC 60601, 62353, 61010 and NFPA-99, earth bond testing to 62353, 61010 and NFPA-99 and insulation testing to IEC 62353.

The Rigel SafeTest60 can be used to test all electrical aspects of medical equipment. It can test earth leakage and enclosure leakage, ground leakage, chassis leakage, earth bond, insulation, touch voltage, touch leakage and performs point-to-point testing, mains voltage measurements and load current measurements.

With the SafeTest 60, you have full manual control over your testing. This powerful medical PAT tester gives you full control over power cycles and has automatic warnings of secondary earth/ground paths to ensure that invalid readings are automatically flagged up.
