In terms of its measurement range - up to 33kV - this is the highest specification HV potential indicator available in Seaward's KD1E range.
Suitable for use on both AC/DC systems, this instrument gives the user quick and easy indication of votlage presence on high voltage systems such as vertical and horizontal switchgear. It is easy to use, features a built-in earthing cable and hand guard for safety purposes and comes with a built-in domed electrode for connection to a measurement point.
This tester uses neon indication to show the presence of potential.
