Siglent Adjustable Differential TDR Probe DC 18 or 26.5 GHz - Choice of Model
These Siglent adjustable differential TDR probes can measure the impedance of electronic components such as circuit boards and wires. They have a frequency range of DC to 18 GHz or 26.5 GHz and can adjust the distance between the test probes from 0 mm to 6.5 mm.
Compatible with the Siglent SVA3000X Spectrum & Vector Network Analyzer, and can be used for high-frequency measurements that require low insertion loss and high return loss.
