Suparule CHM600 Cable Height Meter: 6-wire, 15m Range
The Suparule CHM600 Cable Height Meter provides a simple, precise and efficient alternative to traditional telescopic measuring poles. It can determine readings for up to six cables or wires simultaneously and has a maximum range of 15m.
The Suparule CHM600 Cable Height Meter can ascertain cable height, as well as cable sag and overhead clearance of conductors. It is accurate to 0.5% and is equipped with a temperature sensor which measures air temperature. The Suparule CHM600 Cable Height Meter automatically compensates for air temperature to calculate accurate distance measurements which may be displayed in imperial or metric units.
Additionally, ultrasonic measurement improves the speed and safety of determining cable height, cable sag and overhead clearance of conductors, as the user does not have to make contact with the wire or cable. The Suparule CHM600 Cable Height Meter emits bursts of ultrasound from its cone-shaped transmitter and uses its microprocessor to calculate the time taken for the ultrasound to be reflected back to the meter.
A simple, three-button interface ensures that the Suparule CHM600 Cable Height Meter is easy to operate enabling measurements to be gathered quickly and with minimal training. This saves the user both time and money.
