The TM Electronics TP01 is 150mm x 6mm, HACCP compliant, has a solid corkscrew probe designed for ease of penetration, and is an integral thermocouple socket. Suitable for the penetration of semi-solid/solid and frozen products. The handle is at a right angle to the sensor allowing the user to screw the sensor into the product.
