The Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply is a high-power, benchtop, laboratory PSU with a maximum power output of 420W. The Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply has a voltage output range of 0 to 42V and a current output range of 0 to 10A.

Mixed-Mode Regulation

Mixed-Mode Regulation allows the Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply to provide a performance comparable to that of a PSU with an all-linear design. Mixed-Mode Regulation combines high-frequency, switch-mode regulation with linear post-regulation and ensures excellent line and load regulation, low noise and good transient response.

Remote Sensing

Furthermore, to maintain precise regulation at the load and true metering of the load voltage, the Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply includes remote sense terminals incorporated into the output. The remote sense terminals can be activated and deactivated using the dedicated switch: when set to Local the remote sense terminals are deactivated.

DC On/Off Switch

The Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output also includes a DC On/Off switch that allows the user to view preset voltage and current levels prior to connecting the load.

Simple-to-Use

Voltage levels can be set accurately and easily using the Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply’s coarse and fine analogue controls. The logarithmic current control allows the user to set low currents precisely.

Constant Voltage or Constant Current

The Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output can be set to operate in Constant Current or Constant Voltage mode. It includes automatic crossover and a mode indicator.

Four-Digit Display

Via the large, bright, four-digit display, the user can view voltage and current data. The Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply’s display has a fixed resolution (10mV and 10mA), ensuring greater precision whilst reducing the possibility of misinterpretation.

Output

The Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output terminal can accommodate 4mm safety plugs with rigid insulating sleeves, fork connectors and bare wires. This ensures that it remains compliant with the safety requirements of most laboratories, whilst maintaining maximum flexibility.

Additionally, the Aim-TTi EX4210R Digital Bench Power Supply’s output is intrinsically short-circuit-proof and is protected against external voltages and reverse currents.
