These Food Penetration Probes (Thermistor/White) are thermistor sensor probes designed for food applications. It has a white end cap and a choice of a 0.7m straight lead or a 1.0m curly lead. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross-contamination.
The probes are fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with a locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
Not suitable for intrinsically safe applications.
