Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder w/ PK19M Probe Details

The Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder with PK19M Probe can be used to measure and record temperature readings, as well as various HACCP actions. It is ideal for food applications and can be used to read and store temperatures of critical items during storage, prep, cooking and holding. This instrument has a temperature range of -73°C to 537°C / 99°F to 999°F and an accuracy of ±0.5°C/ ± 1°F. It can be used with Comark’s type-K and type-T probes, allowing the user to tailor the instrument to the application. The data recorder is supplied with Comark’s Type-K Thermocouple PK19M Thin Tip Penetration Probe. This probe has a temperature range of -50°C to +250°C / -58°F to +482°F. It features a 1m curly cable and can be attached to the Comark HT100 Data Recorder via the 2-pin sub-miniature connector. Adding to this instrument’s suitability for food applications is its BioCote Antimicrobial Protection which prevents the growth of microbes and thereby inhibits cross-contamination.

In addition to the aforementioned probe, the HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder can be used with Comark’s free Windows™ PC Software. This program can be used to convert the user’s HACCP plans into a paperless format. Once uploaded to the Comark HT00/PK19 Data Recorder, the instrument will guide the user through his/her pre-programmed actions, tasks and corrective action plans, ensuring the operator remains compliant with food safety and public health standards. This data logger will also record the user’s immediate response to critical temperature failures, storing evidence of his/her compliance with the required standards and practices.

Information saved to the Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder can be uploaded to the user’s PC, where it may be viewed in an Excel or PDF file. As a result of this capability, the Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder provides a paperless method by which to maintain a food safety audit trail and ensure compliance with HACCP checklists. Data can be exported in PDF formats.

Data saved to the Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder is password protected. This instrument is capable of saving information in up to 100 separate folders and has the capacity to store up to 65 000 readings. Measurements and/or information can be recalled by date or product.

Furthermore, information can be accessed via the 7.62cm four-wire restive, colour, easy-to-read touchscreen. The Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder’s intuitive interface makes accessing information and navigating this instrument’s functions and features quick and easy.

Also adding to this instrument’s practicality and ease-of-use is its low battery indicator. The Comark HT100/PK19 HACCP Touch Temperature Data Recorder can be recharged using the included micro-USB cable. This accessory also facilitates the user’s ability to program the data logger and download information to a PC.

Finally, its physical design also adds to this instrument’s practicality and suitability for use in demanding kitchen environments. It is water resistant and includes a resilient, ABS plastic rubber boot.
