These Food Penetration Probes have BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to minimise the risk of cross-contamination. It features a Thermocouple Type T sensor for a faster response time. The PT24L is fitted with a straight brown lead and the PT24L/C is fitted with a curly brown lead.
The Food Penetration Probes are fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with a locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
Not suitable for intrinsically safe applications.
