This Fast Response Food Penetration Probe is designed for measuring food temperatures. It has a thermistor sensor and needle tip, ideal for testing delicate foods. There is also BioCote Antimicrobial Protection in the probe handle to avoid the risk of cross-contamination.
The Comark PX16L Fast Response Food Penetration Probe is fitted with a 6-Pin Lumberg connector with a locking screw, to provide a strong and secure probe-to-instrument connection with better prevention of liquid ingress.
Not suitable for intrinsically safe applications.
