Specifically designed for use in sous-vide cooking, this temperature probe is ideal for testing vacuum-sealed food in a low temperature water bath.
The probe has a 60mm tip and can measure temperature from -60 to 90°C. The probe is terminated by a type K thermocouple which is compatible with a wide variety of digital thermometers.
An alternative version of this probe with 120mm length is also available.
