Stainless steel penetration probe made for use in testing semi-solid material such as food as well as liquids.
The probe is made to fit inside ETI's 323-950 probe handle which in turn connects to a thermometer via a type K thermocouple connector.
Capable of measuring temperature from -75 to 250°C and responds with a temperature measurement in less than 3 seconds.
