New Voltage Drop
Building on the capabilities of the Fluke 1662 Multifunction Installation Tester, the 1672 includes a new Voltage Drop test. It works by performing a line impedance measurement at the origin of the supply and at the end of the circuit to determine the voltage drop as both an absolute value (V) and a relative value (%). Technicians/electricians may select the nominal load current of the circuit and the % accuracy. As standard, the accuracy is set as 4% accurate to IEC 60364-xx.

Elimination of double-entry and pre-population of client information makes it safer to create reports using Fluke’s TrueTest Software. Data and client information are transferred from the 1673 to a PC via a USB-C interface. From here, it is formatted, using TrueTest’s report builder, into test certificates and reports complete with your company logo and signature. Compatibility with other Fluke tools means you can incorporate data from these instruments into your reports. As a result, data is managed and organised in one location, thereby streamlining the documentation process, and saving you, and your clients, time.
