Fluke's 53 II is a single input thermometer that uses thermocouples to carry out extremely accurate measurements of surface temperature in practically any application.
Made of durable materials and designed to resist the effects of impact, dust and splash damage, this product is suitable for use in everywhere from domestic installations to heavy-duty environments such as industrial areas. It's also easy to use, with simple user interface, large backlit screen and a suite of advanced features which are detailed further below.
As a temperature measurement device the Fluke 53 II is incredibly versatile; it's designed to accept a total of 7 different thermocouples types, ensuring that you always get the measurement you need without relying on other testers. It's compatible with J, K, T, E, R, S and N type thermocouples and depending on which thermocouple is equipped determines the overall measurement range possible on the device.
The 53 II also includes built-in memory which allows the device to be used for continuous measurements. This means users can set their own measurement logging time, leave the meter to calculate measurements and recall the information on the tester once completed. It also comes with a USB port, allowing this digital thermometer to be connected up to a PC to allow for download of testing data into Fluke's FlukeView Forms software package (both sold separately).
