This tester is used to quickly detect continuity levels and features a built-in audible buzzer for easy identification even in noisy environments. The TEK402 can even be used hands-free thanks to the inclusion of a belt clip.

The TEK402 is ideally suited for use in a wide variety of applications including noisy areas where the audible tone can still be heard, low voltage signalling, process control and educational environments.

This device features probe voltage of 2.2V DC, test current of <50µa +/- 10% and has audible continuity range of 2.2kΩ+/-10%.
