The Metrel A1507 3-Phase Active Switch is designed for use with Metrel’s electrical installation testers (MI3155 EurotestXD or MI3152 EurotestXC) with Auto Sequences® and can be used to automate the process of electrical safety testing three-phase circuits.
To this end, the Metrel A1507 3-Phase Active Switch is equipped with banana socket outputs, crocodile clips, test leads and test tips which facilitate connections to three-phase systems. It is also possible to connect the Metrel A1507 3-Phase Active Switch to three-phase sockets using ADDITIONAL adapters.
The Metrel A1507 3-Phase Active Switch is motor-driven through communication with compatible Metrel electrical safety testers and is able to support the following measurements:
- Voltage and three-phase sequence
- Insulation resistance
- Continuity of protective conductor
- Resistance to earth
- Resistance N-PE
- RCD testing
- Loop/ line impedance
Finally, the Metrel A1507 3-Phase Active Switch features an Automatic On/Off function allowing it to conserve battery power and adding to its ease of operation.
