The Peak Electronics Atlas ZEN tests various components, including Zener diodes, transient suppressors, LEDs, and LED strings. It can generate constant current pulses and deliver selectable test currents of 2mA, 5mA, 10mA, and 15mA, covering a voltage range from 0V to 50V.
The display shows the voltage across the component, with the test current and a measurement of the component's slope resistance, also known as dynamic impedance.
