FLIR MR176-KIT6 Professional Remediation Kit

The FLIR MR176-KIT6 Professional Remediation Kit is an advanced and affordable kit ideal for quickly and simply identifying moisture, insulation voids, and air leaks. It includes FLIR’s E6-XT Thermal Camera, MR176 Moisture Meter, and MR08 Hammer and Wall Cavity Probe.

FLIR E6-XT Thermal Camera

The FLIR E6-XT Thermal Camera is an infrared imager with an IR resolution of 240 x 180px, temperature range of -20°C to +550°C, and adjustable emissivity (0.1 to 1.0) with a table of predefined materials. It also offers selectable thermal palettes and thermal imaging modes. An integrated 640 x 480px digital camera enables MSX imaging, while a Picture-in-Picture function allows you to zoom in on areas of interest without losing the overall field of view (45° x 34°). Imaging is displayed on the 320 x 240px colour, LCD. This easy-to-use, lightweight, pistol-shaped thermal imager has been drop-tested from 2m, ensuring it is suitable for rugged environments. Finally, Wi-Fi connectivity means images can be transferred to a smartphone or tablet with the FLIR Tools App installed, enabling further analysis and report creation.

FLIR MR176 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter

The FLIR MR176 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter is an infrared-imaging moisture meter with an IR resolution of 80 x 60px and four thermal imaging colour palettes (Ice, Iron, Rainbow, and Grey). It supports both pinless and pin-probe moisture measurements. You can choose which measurements are displayed on the screen: moisture, temperature, relative humidity, dew point, vapour pressure, and mixing ratio. Additionally, images and measurements can be saved to the FLIR MR176 Thermal Imaging Moisture Meter’s internal memory for download to the FLIR Tools Software (NOT included). Finally, the FLIR MR176 includes a bright laser pointer and a field-replaceable temperature and humidity sensor.

FLIR MR08 Hammer and Wall Cavity Probe  

The FLIR MR08 Hammer and Wall Cavity Probe is a heavy-duty moisture probe designed for measuring the moisture of dense materials and wall cavities. To ensure suitability for hammer-probing applications, the hammer probe has an additional handle on the bottom for angled, horizontal, and inverted probing of materials. Additionally, the bottom handle of the probe can be unscrewed to enable use as a wall cavity probe.
