TestSafe TSAM5-HVACPRO Anemometer with Temp, RH & CO2
More than just a standard anemometer - this multifunctional instrument measures air velocity, volume and also tests CO2 (carbon dioxide) content, temperature, humidity, dew point and wet bulb temperature!
If you work as an HVAC technician, the TestSafe TSAM5-HVACPRO will allow you to easily test ducts and other air equipment for correct installation. Featuring a 10cm, built-in vane sensor, the TSAM5 can measure wind speed from 0.2 to 30m/s. It's also possible to use the tester to measure air volume; simply enter the duct's dimensions into the tester beforehand and it'll do the rest.
TestSafe's TSAM5 is also compatible with round and square cones (sold separately) for easier measurements in ducts without the need to enter the outlet's dimensions.
This meter will allow you to carry out comprehensive air quality tests; as well as calculating air flow and volume, you can use the TSAM5 to verify that there's not high levels of carbon dioxide present, or if air conditioning units are outputting the correct temperature. You can also calculate the temperature at which water vapour will condense (the dew point) or calculate wet bulb temperature.
The TSAM5 is packed with functionality including selectable imperial or metric wind speed units, MAX/MIN display, time weighted average auto calculations, a data hold function which will freeze the current vaulue on the screen, a built-in backlight and much more.
