DiLog DL9130EV 18th Edition Advanced EV Multifunction Tester
Designed for service engineers offering EV installation, the DiLog DL9130EV 18th Edition Advanced EV Multifunction Tester offers an array of functions critical to ensuring the safe verification of EVSE charge points. These include a 6mA pure DC test for RDC-DD verification, as well as a full EV auto test sequence for verifying the DC protection provided by the EV charger and the type A RCD protection.
Building on the capabilities of the DiLog DL9120, the DiLog DL9130EV includes Rmax and Zmax measurement features in addition to the functions inherited from its predecessor. It offers a comprehensive array of measurement functions, including:
Rmax: automatically captures the maximum R1+R2/R2 continuity test reading which is indicated on the secondary display
Zmax: records the maximum Zs test taken during the measurement period
Intelligent auto-detecting two- or three-wire high current loop test
Loop Impedance/PSCC: the unique auto-start RCD-LOC XLT loop test principle will not trip any RCD or RCBO
Auto start loop and continuity tests with a secondary display to capture the recorded result and a null facility to zero out lead resistance
Type AC, A, B & selective (S) RCD testing
Variable RCD test: dial-in bespoke mA values
Auto RCD testing: trip time, trip current, autotest, and ramp current
250V, 500V, and 1000V insulation tests
Phase-to-phase loop with phase rotation test: indicates the correct phase sequence
Phase rotation test: indicates the correct phase sequence
Integrated socket polarity test
Measurements are indicated on the colour LCD with a colour-changing RGB screen for indicating PASS/FAIL results.
The DiLog MFT is compliant with BS EN 61557 safety and performance requirements and is fully protected against damage when accidentally connected across phases.
The DiLog DL9130EV 18th Edition Advanced EV Multifunction Tester is a comprehensive MFT suitable for verifying the safety of EVSE charge points.
