FLIR TG267 Thermal Imaging Camera

The FLIR TG267 Thermal Imaging Camera is a handheld IR imager that can be used to inspect electrical and mechanical systems. It is designed to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of maintenance and troubleshooting applications and can be used to take non-contact temperature measurements between -25°C and 380°C.

Thermal Imaging

The FLIR TG267 Thermal Imaging Camera has an IR resolution of 160 x 120px (19 200 pixels) and features a 57° x 44° field-of-view. This infrared imager may be used to detect hot and cold spots allowing the operator to identify and subsequently diagnose potential problems with greater certainty. Also improving the accuracy of the TG267 is its bullseye laser pointer, which allows the user to view the exact area he/she is measuring.

In addition to this, the FLIR TG267 features a range of thermal imaging functions designed to improve the clarity and detail of infrared pictures. For instance, the MSX® function can be used to overlay visible images (captured using a 2MP digital camera) onto thermal images thereby providing the thermographer with detailed, clear thermal pictures. Moreover, the user can alter the colour palette as required in order to enhance the details most relevant to his/her application. It also features the following selectable colour palettes: iron, rainbow, white hot, black hot, arctic and lava.

Alternatively, the user can set the camera to display and capture thermal or visual images with the temperature readings. It is also possible to connect a type-K thermocouple to the thermal imaging camera in order to conduct contact temperature measurements up to 260°C/ 500°F.

Ergonomic

Visible and thermal images are indicated on the 2.4”, colour display. These can be saved to the 4GB SD card (capacity for 50 000 images) allowing the user to record before and after pictures that may serve as evidence of completed jobs. Saved images can be organised, analysed and incorporated into reports using the FLIR Tools Software (NOT included). It is also possible to upload thermal data and images to the FLIR Tools App via a METERLiNK connection. Additionally, the camera features Bluetooth® connectivity.

This ergonomic infrared camera also includes an integrated bright LED torch allowing the thermographer to see into dark and hard-to-access areas. Furthermore, it has been drop-tested from 2m and features a rugged, IP54-rated casing making it suitable for use in a variety of tough environments.

Finally, the portable design means that it can be easily transported between and across worksites.
