Kewtech EZYPAT PAT Tester – Battery Operated

The Kewtech EZYPAT PAT Tester is battery operated and capable of performing up to approximately 1400 tests before the batteries begin to expire. This PAT tester has been optimised to perform manual dead tests on Class I and Class II appliances as well as extension leads.

The Kewtech EZYPAT is the simplest model in Kewtech's EZYPAT/ SMARTPAT range; for more information on the models within this range, please see the comparison table in the 'Technical Specifications'. 

The Kewtech EZYPAT can perform an array of tests, including:

• Appliance status pre-check (determines whether the appliance under investigation is on or off)
• Quick check continuity (1 second)
• 5-second continuity check
• Insulation tests (user selectable 250V DC or 500V DC)
• Substitute leakage test (user selectable limits)
• Extension lead test
• 200mA earth test

The Kewtech EZYPAT’s inclusion of a low current earth continuity test and 250V insulation test ensures that it is IT safe, whilst its Test Lead Null setting ensures that the user is able to attain accurate insulation measurements which are unaffected by the resistance of the test leads.  

In addition to this, it features clearly labelled function buttons which allow the user to run automatic test sequences for Class I and Class II appliances, as well as extension cables. The results of all these tests are indicated via the EZYPAT's large, easy-to-read, backlit display, which turns green for PASS and red for FAIL.

This product’s convenience is further improved by its lightweight and ergonomic design; extension lead adapter and earth continuity test lead with probe and crocodile clip, these features and accessories ensure that the EZYPAT is suitable for use in a variety of environments and can be easily adapted to perform multiple tests.
