The T&R High Voltage Workshop covers relay and primary injection testing with a focus on best practices, tester applications, and live demonstrations.
Morning Session: 9:15 am – 12:30 pm
Relays and Testing
The workshop will explore the crucial role of relays in protecting electrical systems, covering:
- Different types of relays and the protection they offer
- How relays work with circuit breakers to protect electrical systems
- Methods for testing relays, focusing on the T&R 200 ADM-P and 50 ADM-P Secondary Current Injection Test Set
- Common measurement errors and how they occur
Primary Injection Testing
Experts from T&R will detail the difference between secondary and primary injection testing, highlighting:
- The importance of primary injection and commissioning tools
- Obstacles faced during primary injection and their solutions
- A live demonstration of the T&R 750 ADM Primary Current Injection Test Set
- An overview of T&R’s PCU1 and CU-P Primary Current Injection Test Sets
