Norbar HT-92 Handtorque Multiplier & NORTORQUE® 200 Torque Wrench Kit

The Norbar HT-92 Handtorque Multiplier & NORTORQUE® 200 Torque Wrench Kit is comprised of the Norbar HT-92/25-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier and the Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench, as well as a SpinNor for fast reaction location and a carry case for transporting the included equipment as well as additional accessories such as sockets.

Further to this, the Norbar HT-92/25-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier is supplied with a unique calibration certificate and the Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench is supplied with a declaration of conformance to ensure accurate calculation of input torque to the multiplier for critical applications.

Norbar HT-92/25-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier Description

The Norbar HT-92/25-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier is designed to increase the amount of torque applied to a bolt using a torque wrench. This tool is ideal for solving problems of space, user strength and safety as it allows the operator to perform high-torque applications using a much smaller torque wrench.

This instrument has a torque multiplication ratio of 25:1, a torque range of 4000 N.m and an accuracy of ±4%. The Norbar HT-92/25-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier is supplied with a traceable calibration certificate detailing the exact torque multiplication ratio; this tool is calibrated from 20% of the maximum capacity.

The Norbar HT-92/25-AWUR Compact Handtorque Multiplier is also equipped with a ½” input square, a 1” output square and an aluminium reaction arm (reactions in different styles and made of alternative materials are also available, please call PRIOR to purchase for details.) Further to this, it includes a 48-tooth, anti-wind-up ratchet designed to contain the force generated during tightening, adding to its safety and ease-of-handling.

Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench Description

The Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench can be used to apply torque to bolts. Like the multiplier above it is lightweight; it also features an engagement angle of 5° providing excellent and precise access to applications in tight spaces. Its light design also means that it is quick and easy to adjust, thereby increasing work efficiency.

The Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench features two ranges:

• 40 - 200 N.m
• 30 – 150 lbf.ft

It includes a micrometre-style scale for the N.m scale (the primary scale), again facilitating fast, simple and precise setting. Also working to ensure this instrument’s precision is the intuitive and fast push/pull lock which prevents accidental adjustment of the set torque.

The Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench is accurate to ±3% of the reading, maintaining compliance with ISO 6789-1:2017 requirements. The entire scale of the Norbar NORTORQUE® 200 Push-through Dual-scale Torque Wrench can be covered in eight turns, and, as a result of the push-through-style ratchet, torque may be controlled in clockwise and anti-clockwise directions.
