All of the above Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches are compliant with ISO 6789-2:2017 requirements, therefore they have an accuracy of ±3%. They are supplied with a traceable calibration certificate, making them suitable for applications with stringent quality control processes. The Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches’ long, ‘harmonic drive’ scales also improve the precision with which torques may be set. The length of this scale and the large scale window improve range visibility and resolution thereby improving accuracy.
Further to this, the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches are equipped with an intuitive and fast push/ pull lock which prevents the accidental adjustment of set torques.
Working to maintain the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches’ reliability and accuracy is the inclusion of a newly developed mechanism, designed to maintained the tools’ specified accuracies over a greater period of time. Additionally, the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches include a TimeStrip® feature that will alert the user when 3-,6-,9- and 12-month calibrations are due, again working to improve the reliability and accuracy of these tools.
In addition to reliability, precision and practicality, the Norbar Professional Torque Wrenches have been optimised for comfort and durability. They are constructed from resilient materials resistant to chemicals commonly found in industrial, automotive and aviation environments.
