Siglent SPS5000X-Series Switch Mode Power Supply – Single Channel

The Siglent SPS5000X Switch Mode Power Supply is a programmable switching DC power supply capable of providing a range of constant power outputs via one channel. It is ideal for commercial industrial, education, energy and power generation, laboratory general testing, LED lighting industry, and automotive electronics sectors. There are ten models available that vary in regards to their voltage, current and power outputs; please see the table below for more information.

It is possible to connect these units in parallel or series to meet 0~320V and 0~270A requirements. When used together, the Siglent SPS5000X-Series Switch Mode Power Supplies support a maximum combined power of 3240W.

A user-friendly interface and bright 2.4” OLED display with a 170° viewing angle enable easy control and performance monitoring. The Siglent SPS5000X Switch Mode Power Supply delivers high-resolution voltage and current settings (1mV and 1mA), adjustable slew rates for output voltage and current, a load transient recovery time of <1ms (load change from 50~100%), and list sequence programming (up to 50 steps) via the front panel or a standard LAN/USB interface. Alternatively, list sequence files can be imported from a USB memory device. Furthermore, the Siglent SPS5000X-Series Switch Mode Power Supply includes a user-enabled output discharge circuit to accelerate the down programming of the output voltage.

The Siglent SPS5000X also supports remote voltage sensing, and external analogue voltage and resistor control of voltage or current output. It includes external voltage and current monitoring outputs and an embedded web server that facilitates remote control through a web browser without the need for a driver or software. It can be purchased with an optional USB-GPIB interface module.

To protect the unit and equipment-under-test, the Siglent SPS5000X Switch Mode Power Supply also includes over-voltage, current, and temperature protection; OVP, OCP, LPP, and OTP protection; as well as CV and CC priority mode selection.  

Finally, the Siglent SPS5000X Switch Mode Power Supply is compatible with 1/2, 1/3, 1/6 rack mount sizes. It is an adaptable, flexible, and reliable switching DC power supply.
