Description

The SimplyPats V7 Manual Plus Software is a reporting and data management program. It is compatible with over non-downloading PAT testers from various brands including Seaward, Metrel, Megger, Martindale, Metrotest, Fluke, Kewtech, Transmille, TRIO, Robin, First Stop Safety and Sonel. As a result, the SimplyPats V7 Manual Plus Software can be used interchangeably between makes and models, making it a convenient, adaptable and versatile program.

Support for Kewtech’s KEWPAT App

The SimplyPats V7 Manual Plus Software differs from its predecessor, the SimplyPats V7 Manual Edition Software, in that it is able to support data entry via Android or iOS Apps developed by SimplyPats, including the Kewtech KEWPAT App. As a result, this software can be used in conjunction with Kewtech’s SMARTPAT in Remote Mode: when placed in Remote Mode the Kewtech SMARTPAT saves data to the app, allowing it to function as a downloadable PAT tester, please see the following video.

Additionally, the Kewtech KEWPAT App functions as PAT Testing Manual Entry Tool, allowing individuals to record data manually when using any brand of non-downloading PAT Tester. Therefore, data from any PAT Tester can be imported from the KEWPAT App (or any other app developed by SimplyPats) using this software; please see the video below for an introduction to entering data into the KEWPAT App.

When transferring data to or from an Android App, the operator may use the Wi-Fi Data Utility fucntion integrated within the SimplyPats V7 Manual Plus Software; alternatively, he/she may transfer data via a USB cable, email or a Cloud storage drive. If using an iOS smartphone or tablet, data can be transferred via a Cloud storage drive or email. Invoices

Reports are designed in accordance with the IET Code of Practice (4^th Edition) and can be colour coded to draw attention to particular areas of the report. The SimplyPats V7 Manual Plus Software’s Colour Scheme option allows the user to specify his/her preferred or company colours; this program also includes options for black & white and greyscale colour palettes.

Further to this, reports can be customised to include a company logo and a digital signature; alternatively, the signature space may be left blank to be signed by hand.

Reports and certification can be exported in PDF, MS Word, MS Excel, HTML, Text or Tiff formats. They can be exported, emailed or printed using the Print Sequence feature. This feature includes options for exporting separate PDFs or merging reports into the same PDF document, whilst printing each report to a specified printer.
