Fluke 1672 Multifunction Tester
Taking over from the 1662, Fluke’s 1672 provides the essential updated testing capabilities domestic installers need to commission, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems.
Fluke 1673 FC
Building on the capabilities of the 1663 FC, the 1673 FC maintains Fluke Connect compatibility but adds the ability to test electric vehicle (EV) charging stations (using a Fluke FEV300 Adapter) in full compliance with regulations. As such, it is ideal for electricians and electrical contractors who install, maintain, and troubleshoot EV charging stations.
Fluke 1674 FC
Superseding the 1664 FC and designed for contractors working across complex installations, the 1674 FC is the most comprehensive model in the range. It combines the installation testing capabilities of the 1672 with the EV functionality of the 1673 FC, while adding dedicated tests for circuits supporting IT equipment. To this end, it includes an Insulation PreTest, Insulation Monitoring Device (IMD) test, and Surge Protection Device (SPD) test.

What Else Do I Need to Know About the Fluke 1670 Multifunction Testers?
To meet the demands of modern electrical testing, the Fluke 1670 Series expands on both the measurement and practical capabilities of the 1660 multifunction testers. As a result, the 1670 MFTs include multiple streamlining and simplifying features designed to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Bi-directional Data Communication
In addition to data download, the 1670 series MFTs also offer upload. Electricians can enter distribution board details directly into the tester or the Fluke TruTest software. By creating and storing distribution boards in Fluke TruTest, electricians can upload the relevant information before they begin work, saving significant time on site. This feature is particularly beneficial for electrical contractors testing multiple properties, such as rental accommodation, where the same distribution board configurations are likely to be reused.
Eliminated Double Entry
The Fluke 1670 Series Multifunction Testers pre-populate tests required for each installation and automatically save data and metadata to relevant test points. This eliminates double-entry, streamlining data management, and reducing the risk of user error. Additionally, installers can immediately see whether they have overlooked any tests and gather missing measurements before leaving the site, preventing time-consuming repeat visits.
Customisable Reports
When setting up TruTest, electricians can add their company logo and trade affiliation to the report template. After the initial upload, they can reuse these logos in future documents, streamlining the reporting process.

Updatable Technology
