Megger LTW325 Earth Loop Tester

The mid-range model in Megger's LTW300 range of earth loop testers, the LTW325 builds upon the functionality of the LTW315 and adds such functionality as the ability to display Max Zs and R1 + R2.

Capable of full 2 wire loop testing designed not to trip 30ma RCDs and suitable for use with a wide range of voltages, the Megger LTW325 can be used to quickly and easily verify the loop impedance of electrical circuits without directly disconnecting the electrical supply. Loop testing is performed using only 2 leads and can be connected as phase to earth, phase to neutral or phase to phase.

An integrated no-trip loop test ensures that the Megger LTW325 will not trip any RCD ≥30mA while a separate high current loop test can be used should there not be an RCD fitted to the system. To ensure accuracy when testing this earth loop tester also includes an integrated electrical noise detection filter that will detect and filter out the effects of heavy electrical noise which can have a negative effect on training results.
