The Beha-Amprobe HD160C is built for use in the most demanding of applications, and comes with waterproof, extremely rugged protection against various types of stresses such as dirt, grime, moisture, grease, shock and even chemical spillages. It can also be dropped from a height of up to eight feet and still keep in perfect working order.
Since it's so resistant, the Beha-Amprobe HD160C is ideal for on-site work, particularly in environments where testers could be easily damaged. It's also suitable for use on extremely high voltage systems, and boasts one of the highest voltage measurement ranges available on the market today (1500V DC and 1000V AC).
Amprobe HD-160C Heavy Duty MultiMeter
The HD160C is also an autoranging multimeter, and will adjust itself as necessary when performing testing procedures. As well as voltage testing, the HD160C is also able to measure capacitance, current, resistance, continuity temperature and frequency, with all results relayed to the multimeter's 10000 count screen with bar graph and numerical representation of testing results. Results for AC current and voltages are true RMS.
