About Dry Block / Metrology Well Calibrators
A dry block or dry-well design features a heated block, containing a temperature-controlling sensor. These calibrators are used in accurate, liquid-free calibrations of temperature devices. Metrology Wells weigh less than 8.2 kg (18 lb) and have a small footprint, which makes them easy to transport. Field environment conditions are typically unstable, having wide temperature variations.
