Description
This ETI food simulant temperature probe is designed to simulate the core temperature of food inside fridges as requested by food safety regulations. Made from a solid block of food-safe Polypropylene with a sensor positioned in the middle.
The sensor reproduces and simulates the actual core temperature of the food and not the temperature of the air (ambient). Probe temperature range -20 to 100°. Available with 1, 3, or 5-metre leads.
