Description

The ETI 823-514 probe is ideal for insertion into meat, cheese, or similar. The knife probe can also be used in a variety of applications in the food processing and agricultural sector. Probe dimensions are Ø12 x 120mm. Temperature operating range 5 to 60°C, pH range 0-14pH, accuracy 0.1 pH.

Fully interchangeable and designed for use with the 8000, 8100, WalkLAB, and MicroBench pH meter or similar pH meter.
