The EX530 can perform a total of 11 different measurement functions. It can test AC/DC voltage from 0.01mV to 1000V, DC/AC current from 0.01μA to 20A, resistance from 0.01Ω to 40MΩ, capacitance from 0.001nF to 40mF, frequency from 40 to 400Hz, temperature from -50 to 1382°F (-45 to 750°C) and can also test duty cycle, continuity and diode.

This digital multimeter is true RMS and is EN61010-1 and CAT IV 600V rated.
