Masterlock 421 Steel Vinyl-Coated Lockout Hasp - Large (38mm Jaw)

The larger version of Master Lock's 420 lockout hasp with wider jaw opening of up to 38mm.

These hasps should be used to completely prevent access to a lockout point - attach the hasp, then attach up to six padlocks (one for every worker) to the hasp to completely lock in place. Padlocks should only be removed when work is completed and everyone is accounted for; the hasp is impossible to remove without removing all padlocks.

Master Lock 421 hasps are made from heavy gauge steel across the jaws with a red, vinyl-coated handle for comfortable handling and high levels of visibility.
